David Nicolson is a practised coach and mentor to senior business leaders and CEOs, expert in supporting organisations involved in mergers and acquisitions.
Across 30 years of international experience with top-tier organisations like Cadbury Schweppes, Ansell and BP, David has engaged directly with the food and beverage, construction, refining, insurance, manufacturing, mining, utilities and public-benefit sectors.
With specializations in organisational change, leadership development, talent management and partner exits, David has worked in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.
David has a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources, and a Masters of Organisation Development from Pepperdine University, California.
